Job Description

This Process Administrator position provides excellent customer service at all times, both internally and externally. Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures. We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with us! This position supports our Investor Reporting team:


• Under minimum supervision, perform a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures related to daily Investor Reporting and Accounting processing activities.
• Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, maintains and/or summarizes multiple sources of records, files or data.
• Compiles regular and special reports drawing data from a variety of sources.
• Exchanges information and resolve problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
• Refers unusual or escalated issues to team leader or manager.
• This position is typically cross-trained to perform various functions in the area.
• This position does involve speaking directly with investors depending on the nature of the request.

Basic Qualifications


• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 or more years of mortgage banking experience in a processing type function

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with investor reporting preferred
• Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
• Knowledge in the area of accounting and reconciling
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
• Ability to multi-task
• PC and internet proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, and the MSP Loan Servicing system are preferred
