National Practice Lead- Commercial P&C in Columbus at Huntington

Job Description

As a member of the Huntington Insurance's executive team, this position will participate in operational decision making process necessary for the successful attainment of the company's mission for the growth of the Commercial P&C revenue and profitability. This position will be based in Columbus, Cleveland, Detroit or major city within Huntington's footprint.

Job Description:

The leader will be responsible for the following:

• Define the resources and tools, direct reporting metrics and drive sales and service strategy.
• Aligning the strategy to achieve growth goals for current and future years by providing go to market strategies and tools as well as working with the Operations units to deliver the service requirements.
• Provides indirect leadership for the Commercial P&C teams through senior managers, setting strategic direction and developing, recommending and establishing objectives for the overall division.
• Communicates and monitors services goals, objectives and procedures to insure expected results are obtained to meet established goals.
• Assists in the development and promotion of long term strategic plans for the success of division to include changes in sales delivery, organization structure, geographic presence and resource allocation.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in Insurance Commercial P&C
• 5 years of executive management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
