We are transforming the way we do business by changing how we think about the different types of Customer Journeys. Omnichannel will provide a consistent experience for our customers, regardless of how they chose to do business with us (online banking, branch locations, ATM's, phone support). The goal of Omnichannel is to align our people, processes, products & services, and technology across our enterprise to deliver new modern capabilities in an Agile and Iterative way.

We are in the beginning stages of building this newly defined Omnichannel program with cross functional team members. This team will lay the foundation for what the Customer Journeys are and how we will deliver exceptional, streamlined experiences for each one. Detailed Description

  • Bring to market complex, customer-driven omni channel products and services

  • Prioritize customer needs and manage product feature sets to deliver products that exceed customer expectations

  • Represent the customer and business goals while working with technology partners to deliver products

  • Manage the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release

  • Develop business scope and requirements

  • Work with internal design teams to create user experience scenarios for products

  • Work with systems vendor, technology, retail, marketing, and customer service partners to ensure successful delivery of omni services

  • Maintain information on service performance and application metrics, for analysis and reporting to management

  • Provide transparency to business and technology leadership on project status and product development issues

  • Manage risk associated with delivering applications and specific application features

  • Assist with customer research and issue resolution

  • Other product management tasks that may be required from time-to-time

  • Mentor junior level colleagues as necessary

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of Online/Mobile Product Management, Digital Product Management or Omnichannel project delivery experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and hands on experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with Journey Maps, Feature Lists, User Stories, MIVP delivery and Sprint delivery cycles
  • MBA Preferred

  • Omni Channel Product Management or Delivery Experience

  • Digital Product Management or Delivery Experience

  • Ability to translate Business needs to Technology Teams

  • Leadership in the Online and or Mobile space

  • Experience with Desktop and Mobile Web, Mobile Apps, and Alerts

  • Experience with a Retail or Business Financial Services

  • User-Centered Design and Usability expertise

  • Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates

  • Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with the Software Delivery Lifecycle

  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor

  • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
