We are transforming the way we do business by changing how we think about the different types of Customer Journeys. Omnichannel will provide a consistent experience for our customers, regardless of how they chose to do business with us (online banking, branch locations, ATM's, phone support). The goal of Omnichannel is to align our people, processes, products & services, and technology across our enterprise to deliver new modern capabilities in an Agile and Iterative way.

We are in the beginning stages of building this newly defined Omnichannel program with cross functional team members. This team will lay the foundation for what the Customer Journeys are and how we will deliver exceptional, streamlined experiences for each one. This role will be accountable to the overall Omni Journey Execution efforts by facilitating the implementation of end to end agile practices for the Omni Channel Journey efforts across the OMNI portfolio. The role will bridge the evolution from current delivery processes, in direct partnership with IT and business capability planning teams. This includes the coordination of delivery POD structure for the following:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all Product Execution Leads and Product BAs and associated agile delivery scope aligned to a functionality team (e.g. Sales & Service)

  • Ensures the functionalities developed and implemented are applied cross-LOBs, cross-channels, and cross-journeys, where applicable

  • Consolidates product roadmaps from the Product Capability Leads from each agile delivery pod to create the functionality delivery roadmap

  • Ensures proposed functionalities align to the enterprise-wide customer experience

  • Prepares and facilitates Program Operating Committee and Senior Executive Updates

  • Aggregate and track program agile delivery metrics (e.g. # of features delivered, # of user stories delivered, velocity, etc.)

  • Interface with external teams to understand, track, and maintain external dependencies

  • Monitors agile pod's alignment to EPMO and IT PMO guidelinesMonitors and maintains the product roadmap

  • Plan and coordinate the execution and delivery of the product roadmap through close collaboration with the Program Coordinator, Product Capability Lead, Business SME's UX/UI designers, IT, and Execution Teams

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams inside a Scrum framework


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in large program delivery

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Agile delivery practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to drive execution and delivery

  • Ability to help lead and drive organizational change

  • Ability to facilitate meetings and act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of and experience with an agile process

  • Experience with Jira or other agile tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
