Job Description

This Customer Services Specialist position is a high volume processing/verification position in our Records and Statements area that focuses on signature card related activities.

Hours: 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm or 9:00 am -- 6:00 pm Tuesday thru Saturday (This department supports our retail branches until 6:00 pm every day, so the schedule will fluctuate and the later schedule is on a rotation basis)

• Processes all new account signature cards.
• Processes all legal documents that support the signature cards.
• Verifies information on the CIS and ESS systems and submits case exceptions back to the branches through MAX.
• Files and receives phone calls from the branches requesting signature cards.
• Providing branches copies of signature cards that are on mico-fiche.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 or more years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualificatons:

• Customer service skills and professional and personable phone etiquette.
• Organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• PC experience -- comfort level with Word (basic skills) and Excel (able to create new spreadsheets and complete data entry in existing spreadsheets).
• Type 35 words per minute
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and be able to multi-task.
• Knowledge of Hogan, CIS, ESS, FileNet and MAX systems a plus.
• Team oriented.
