As an Operations Support Specialist you will be part of a team tasked with the responsibility of supporting a portfolio of leasing clients for the entire lease lifecycle. This position offers a great way to learn about our business and is designed to be a springboard for further progression within our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with wider Operations Team to build and service custom transactions and projectsPrepares source data by compiling and analyzing asset information procured from suppliers
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports for Operations Team
  • Distribute customer invoices to our lease portfolio
  • General system set up and maintenance requests in the Oracle e-business application
  • Adherence to document management policy
  • Other projects as directed by their manager to support the Operations Team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a professional environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a professional environment preferred (finance industry preferred but not essential)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to solve problems for internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Commitment to follow tasks through to completion and flexibility to work beyond standard business hours as needed
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to deliver quality results with enthusiasm
  • Intermediate level MS Excel and MS Word (MS PowerPoint preferred)
