Personal Trust Relationship Manager -- Senior, Workout Specialist


• Responsible for working out of accounts with moderate to high complexity including trusts, estates, and agencies.
• Establishes action plans with specific resolution target dates and promptly conveys recommendations for identified workout accounts and relationships.
• Responsible for the administration of assigned accounts during the workout process.
• Provides operating instructions and procedures to Trust support staff to ensure appropriate handling of account relationships.
• Coordinates administrative functions with internal and external parties with a defined interest in any aspect of the trust relationship.
• Coordinates with the Chief Fiduciary Office, tax, legal, and other internal parties as necessary to ensure compliance of workout activities with established policies and procedures.
• Attends judicial proceedings as required.
• Works to maintain strong relationships with centers of influence including attorneys and accountants.
• May be appointed to serve on internal trust committees as assigned by management.

This position will provide coverage to the entire Huntington Private Bank footprint. Some travel will be required.

Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 or more years of Personal Trust Relationship Management, Personal Trust Administration, Estate Administration, or Estate Planning/Probate practice



Other Traits, Characteristics and Experience:


• Juris Doctorate Degree or CPA preferred
• Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented.
• Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
