Job Description

The Phone Bank Team Sales Manager will:

• Provide coaching and development for his/her team members to meet established department and team goals, which include service level, quality standards and simply the best customer service.
• Implement and communicate policies and procedures, changes in products, services and/or technologies, and develop sales contests, team incentives and recognition programs.
• Determine the most effective method of communication based on impact to the organization.
• Ensure their team is in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business partners.
• Additional responsibilities include: hiring and termination decisions, performance improvement plan action, and salary adjustments, while also managing the vision and purpose of the group strategy.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years experience in leadership
• 2 years experience in customer service management

Preferred Qualifications

• Patience and ability to encourage and build up others
• Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization
• Familiar with Word and Excel
• Demonstrated Passion for Service
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong motivational skills
• Strong knowledge of financial products with an emphasis on customer service
• Knowledge of Retention Strategies
• Experience and skill in presenting to Executive Level Management
• Call Center experience
