Job Description

Private Banking Business Analyst Senior, Full Time. Prepares, analyzes and reports Private Banking sales and business performance metrics for business unit and PCG segment use. Compiles and validates sales information for monthly scorecards and quarterly incentive compensation calculation and reporting. Develops reporting for and administers Private Bank sales initiatives. Insures MAX/OnePoint data integrity and reporting. Supports Private Bank National Sales Director and other colleagues and coordinates Deposit Opportunity Panel, Private Banking National Practice and National Sales meetings.

Detailed Description:

• Compiles data and information from a variety of sources and produces monthly Private Banking Relationship Manager and Region Manager/Director sales/goal performance scorecards, and summary reports for business unit/segment leadership
• Compiles and validates sales information for quarterly incentive compensation and collaborates with HR Compensation Analyst to timely and accurately process payments
• Reviews Private Banking MAX referrals and opportunities to insure data integrity, accuracy and timeliness, and collaborates with relationship managers, service specialists and region management to validate MAX data and reporting
• Insures integrity of MAX aggregate households for Private Banking relationship managers and corrects data defects or omissions
• Collaborates with segment risk, segment finance and bank financial reporting to insure accuracy of reports reviewed by segment and executive leadership
• Compiles and produces various performance measurement reports for Private Banking and segment leadership and Regional Presidents and presents results as required
• Coordinates weekly meeting cadence, including Deposit Opportunity Panel, Private Banking National Practice and National Sales meetings
• Supports Private Bank National Sales Director and other Private Banking colleagues

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' banking and/or financial analysis experience. High School Diploma with 11 years equivalent work experience in a related field may be considered. Candidate must have advanced knowledge of and current working experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, primarily Excel, in addition to Word and PowerPoint
• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple priorities and ability re-prioritize as appropriate
• Experience and ability to collaborate with a wide audience of colleagues including peers, management and executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to convey ideas verbally and/or in writing with a clear, concise, organized and articulate style using a format appropriate for target audience.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, with a goal of continuous improvement of work product and methods
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
