Job Description

  • Under minimum supervision, performs various assignments within the Consumer Cash Team that includes refund processing, payment research and application, posting payoff checks, working total loss claims, opening sorting and distributing mail and other processes within the department from routine to moderately complex across multiple systems such as Hogan, MSP, Coupa and Desktop Invoice Management.
  • Correspond with internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for all duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 or more years office experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Preferred experience with Passport, Hogan Loans and Checkvision
  • Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Check Processing experience a plus
