We are transforming the way we do business by changing how we think about the different types of Customer Journeys. Omnichannel will provide a consistent experience for our customers, regardless of how they chose to do business with us (online banking, branch locations, ATM's, phone support). The goal of Omnichannel is to align our people, processes, products & services, and technology across our enterprise to deliver new modern capabilities in an Agile and Iterative way.

We are in the beginning stages of building this newly defined Omnichannel program with cross functional team members. This team will lay the foundation for what the Customer Journeys are and how we will deliver exceptional, streamlined experiences for each one. If you are a pioneer at heart who enjoys data driven decisions that takes our customers' feedback and intertwines creativity to define what the solutions should be, we want to hear more.

As the Product Group Manager, you will help us better serve our customers through a more cohesive experience across multiple touchpoints. We are looking for someone that specializes is consumer and business banking deposits that can help us revolutionize our deposit account origination experience for both our customers and colleagues.

  • Represent Deposit Product in establishing the strategic direction for the deposit acquisition platform for both consumer and business banking
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver a new origination experience that meets the revenue and expense targets for both consumer and business deposits
  • Analyze and review the existing origination experience and recommend changes to maximize competitiveness, customer experience, colleague experience and profitability.
  • Forecast all drivers of the origination experience: accounts, balances, deepening, and channel and service utilization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders from, sales, digital, technology, legal, risk and compliance to ensure mutual goals are achieved.
  • Maintain an awareness of new trends and developments within banks regions and segments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of retail banking and/or product management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Proven analytical ability (data mining / manipulation, forecasting)
  • Must have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plans
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly
  • Experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candid and concise communication skills
  • Excellent executive-level presentation skills
  • Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation
