Are you good at laying out words and images to tell a story? Do you have an eye for detail to ensure brand colors, fonts and graphics are perfect every time? Do you love converting copy into visual language to communicate an idea even better?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced Sales Enablement Team. We provide critical support to Commercial Banking and Treasury Management sales teams across Huntington's footprint. We develop research and insights, sales proposals, requests for proposal (RFP), relationship reviews, and more.

In this role, you'll rely upon your skills to design compelling sales collateral. You'll use your knowledge of print production and binding to create hard copies for sales presentations. You'll interact directly with our bankers and deliver a great experience. You'll show extreme attention to detail while juggling multiple projects to meet deadlines. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to ensure our work is always "on brand".


  • Solid knowledge of basic design concepts, aesthetic composition, and layout principles.
  • Able to tactfully make suggestions for improvements and graciously take feedback for design changes.
  • Prepare artwork for print or soft copy delivery.
  • Adept at working collaboratively in a team environment and able to communicate in person, email, and on the phone with, and bankers on a daily basis.
  • Accurately and consistently follow internal processes and guidelines
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize work and minimize production downtime.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts
  • 2+ years experience in Graphic Design
  • Associates Degree in Graphis Arts and 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design can be substituted for Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solid technical understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of print production and bindery
  • Creative, organized and ability to multitask
  • Solid technical understanding and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (sigh, yes, we use these programs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • A portfolio illustrating your best work
