Brief Description:

This position is part of the collection and default technology team. The position will support development and maintenance of system workflows,research and development of changes, colleague user support and organization of development environments. The ideal candidate will be able to do simple coding, research using SQL, analyze data in excel, develop logical workflows, and is a self-initiator.

 Detailed Description:

  • Create and design specifications as requested by the default and collections teams and other impacting areas.
  • Document business processes effectively.
  • Develop workflows for new products, modifications for existing products, and modifications for special handling.
  • Develop extract processes and jobs to interface data between applications.
  • Ensure that various infrastructure elements, including documents, manuals, policy documents, etc are kept up to date and are available.
  • Create and develop functional requirements of systems to improve quality, performances, external interfaces, and constraints.
  • Make contributions in the development of test plans and test scripts, and also perform test execution as required.

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 1 yr of experience with workflow systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Collections experience
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
