Detailed Description

Supports application development and solution delivery operations by analyzing functional requirements, developing programs and applications, and assisting Business Systems Analysts with clarifications on system capabilities and limitations. Analyzes complex data feeds to ensure attributes are available and designs technical solutions utilizing IBM Cognos Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) toolset v.8.0.4 to meet functional requirements. Builds complex incentive rules in Huntington's existing ICM model utilizing the IBM Cognos ICM toolset. Tests models to ensure they meet Huntington's standards for stability, security and performance. Analyzes and designs automated integrity controls for inbound and outbound data interfaces utilizing Infogix and Zena toolsets. Maintains and updates system documentation of program changes or other system documentation. Learns new business domains, reviews industry trends, standards, and practices as they apply to Huntington's solution delivery operations, and troubleshoots and resolves production issues.

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience reviewing, designing, developing and testing incentives compensation models created in IBM Cognos v.8.0.4 and automated scheduling and data integrity workflows using the Zena and Infogix toolset.
