Job Description

This individual will serve as the Project Manager for a broad range of tactical and smaller strategic projects; business segment-driven lead role for more complex, highly visible or cross-functional strategic initiatives for the Commercial Banking Segment. In this role you will lead business segment teams through mapping of current environment, identifying improvement opportunities, creating new workflows, and prioritizing improvement initiatives to meet business segment goals. Ability to demonstrate personal excellence in balancing multiple programs/projects and adjust quickly to changing priorities.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Experience

• Application of Six Sigma/Lean principles, or other methodologies to process improvement initiatives.
