Detailed Description

Perform quality testing analyses for Mainframe Hogan Deposits, Document Solutions, and Umbrella applications in the Core Banking Information Technology group using the Mainframe batch on Time Sharing Option (TSO) and File-Aid. Conduct Defect Reporting, User Acceptance Testing, and help plan, lead and execute multiple testing efforts per demand. Identify business process flows, create test scenarios, and validate data flow through the different systems and other downstream applications to ensure interface interaction. Prepare estimations for all testing related activities, including script preparation, data conditioning, test execution and defect tracking using technologies including HP ALM Quality Center, MS Test Manager (MTM)/Team Foundation Server (TFS), SQL, Beyond Compare, Ultra Compare, Hogan, CIS and HP Exstream. Create test strategies and plan documentation by collaborating with development teams, Subject Matter Experts and business leaders to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria to be met during testing process. Create and deliver defect metrics and test implementation plans. Participate in quality assurance and production implementation verification meetings and escalate quality assurance issues to management when necessary.

 Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Three years of mainframe system integration and quality assurance experience using the Hogan Deposit Mainframe System, Quality Center, MS Test Manager (MTM)/Team Foundation Server (TFS), CIS, HP Exstream, SQL, Beyond Compare, and Ultra Compare.
  • Experience must include at least one year of experience using batch jobs and online transaction processing for validations and Total System Services (TSYS) green screens for managing credit card application life cycle processes and core banking applications, Agiletics banking software, and use of Acceptance Test Driven Development/Test Driven Development (ATDD/TDD) testing methodologies.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and five years of mainframe system integration and quality assurance experience using tools noted above, including at least one year of experience using batch jobs and online transaction processing for validations and Total System Services (TSYS) green screens for managing credit card application life cycle processes and core banking applications, Agiletics banking software, and use of Acceptance Test Driven Development/Test Driven Development (ATDD/TDD) testing methodologies, is acceptable.
