Regional Credit Admin Manager



Responsibilities include:




• Responsible for Asset Based Lending credit approval and portfolio administration
• Reviews activities to ensure that proposed loans adhere to existing policy guidelines, documentation is adequate to ensure security of collateral, and that ongoing administration and review is adequate to maintain the loan portfolio's quality and profitability.
• Participates in credit structuring and negotiation strategy discussions with Asset Based Lending officers including participation in customer calling.
• Provides information, guidance and direction regarding credit policy, credit goals and current credit issues to commercial officers.
• Participates in various loan committees and periodic loan portfolio reviews.
• Participates as a member of the Asset Based Lending Leadership Team.



Basic Qualifications:




• Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business, or Accounting
• 10 or more years Asset based Lending credit experience or portfolio management



Other Requirements:




• Completion of formal credit training program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage others.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Ability to make sound credit decisions independently
• Demonstrated proficiency in all facets of commercial credit underwriting
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles, marketing and sales, credit analysis
• Demonstrated experience training / coaching a team
• Must have excellent written and verbal (face to face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
• Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
• Highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up -ability to handle multiple priorities and independently problem solve
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications to include Excel and Outlook
