Job Description

  • Charged with driving consistency of Fiduciary execution across the footprint in areas such as new business structuring, account opening, account administration, and discretionary distributions
  • Experienced fiduciary problem solver and decision-maker, responsible for 1-on-1 and group training and continuous education of Trust Relationship Managers
  • Covers multiple regions with dotted line reporting to WIM Regional Managers and Chief Fiduciary Officer
  • Member of the applicable committees (PARC, Fiduciary Oversight, TBD)
  • Mitigates risk and allows Regional Managers more time to focus on sales management
  • Member of the Trust Practice leadership team
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 or more years fiduciary experience
