The individual in this role provides sales support and direct field training to assigned team of licensed bankers and investment/financial advisors within Huntington footprint.

This individual in this role:

  • Supports Retail Bankers through the nomination and licensing process
  • Coordinates scheduling of licensing classes, ordering of study materials and implementation of study plans
  • Maintains current knowledge of licensing procedures and continuing education regulations and policies
  • Cross trained with other members of the Licensed Banker Team on all LB licensing duties
  • Runs study/training conference calls, webinars and webex's has needed
  • Some overnight travel is required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 or more years of investment experience with current Life and Health, S6, S63 licenses


  • 7 years of equivalent investment experience with current Life and Health, S6, S63 licenses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 7, Series 24 or 26 and Series 65 or 66
  • Customer experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
  • Ability to build and expand quality internal customer relationships
  • Ability to multi-task
  • MS Suite and Internet proficient
