Job Description

The Risk Management Specialist in Regulatory Relations will be responsible for supporting exam management processes. Primary responsibilities of this position are to lead processes including; Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) data, interacting with stakeholders on exam requests and ROC/RMC Risk Committee materials.

General responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting business units with exam materials (kickoff materials/initial request/response letters)
  • ERMS data and reporting (tracking and reporting matters requiring attention)
  • Scheduling exam meetings
  • Coordination of office space for examinations
  • Regulator Communications and Onboarding (BVS Tickets as backup)
  • Assisting with exam project management
  • Presentation QC (BOD and Executive Risk Committees)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 + years of experience in Project Management Support, Risk, Audit, or Business System Analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Located in Columbus Ohio
  • Experience with Archer and reporting(ERMS)
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task on multiple assignments that are in various stages of exam management.
  • Strong time management abilities to complete assignments with a sense of urgency.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to drive deliverable deadlines from internal partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills.
