Job Description

This is a new, unique opportunity to join the Commercial (CML) Sales Administration team which supports sales colleagues across the Commercial Bank by providing critical analytical support to drive sales execution and results. This role is within the Sales Performance group, responsible for delivering sales performance metrics which drive revenue, strong sales results, and form strategies for sales expansion within the commercial bank. The Sales Performance Analyst will provide support with data deliverables and analysis for commercial banking lines of business sales teams, sales productivity analysis, across all current and future systems, including Salesforce.com and other systems. This is a hands-on role where the individual will leverage his or her analytics expertise and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams within the commercial bank, to help measure sales activity and opportunities.

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Cleanup for CML
  • Max/OnePoint Tier 1 Support
  • Running stock processes, standard reports and queries
  • Maintenance and ongoing development of the CML Sales Admin Sharepoint site
  • Process documentation for Sales Performance
  • Supporting processes related to the CML Incentive Plan

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with Sharepoint
  • SQL and/or SAS proficiency
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM
