Job Description

The Section Manager 3 -- Loan Servicing Manager (Investor Reporting/Accounting, Special Loans and New Loan Set-up), will be responsible for managing through other managers/supervisors, the daily workflow for part of Consumer Loan Servicing Operations.

• Ensures adequate staffing and performance management within SLAs.
• Support and train on Investor reporting and accounting activities
• Manages, coordinates, coaches and provides leadership around career building for staff.
• Handles escalated issues or unusual situations.
• Provides monitoring of budget variances and control costs, while maintaining service level standards.
• Provide input for annual budget.
• Reviews and recommends continuous improvement opportunities to assist in making daily job functions more efficient.
• Minimize compliance and regulatory risk, and maintain satisfactory audit ratings.
• Has proven abilities to partner with other Business Segments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7 or more years' Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Investor Relations/ Investor accounting experience
• Strong MSP experience
• Three to five year's loan servicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan documents and servicing functionality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven team-building and management skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with and manage people.
• Strong knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to produce staffing models and production metrics and knowledge of MSP servicing platform desired.
• Ability to multitask.
