You'll lead the vision that determines the product roadmap and customer experience for Authentication and Access Management across our customer facing digital channels. You'll have end to end responsibility, from defining requirements to driving adoption.

 Detailed Description:

  • Design and bring to market customer-driven online and mobile authentication and access management solutions that balance friction with security
  • Work closely with internal information security and fraud partners to create an authentication and access management strategy and roadmap across multiple customer facing digital platforms
  • Evaluate and manage internal and external partner relationships to enable key identity and access management capabilities
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through production and release
  • Manage risk associated with the above applications and specific application features
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Develop business scope and requirements
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management for investment
  • Work with internal design team to create user experience scenarios (mock-ups) for products
  • Develop business plans for assigned products
  • Work with systems vendors, IT, retail branches, marketing and the Customer Service Center to ensure proper delivery of services
  • Act as project sponsor for key development initiatives
  • Maintain information on service performance and application metrics for analysis and reporting

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years Online/Mobile Product Management or Digital project management and delivery experience with emphasis on identity and access management.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Preferred
  • Experience working within a financial institution
  • Experience with leading authentication management and risk platforms
  • Ability to translate business needs to technology teams
  • Leadership in the Online and or Mobile space
  • User-centered design and usability expertise
  • Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with the Software Delivery Lifecycle
  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
