Small Business Relationship Manager in Columbus at Huntington

Job Description

  • Retains and deepens relationships with micro business banking customers that generally have less than $3mm in revenue and under $500k in credit exposure within their assigned portfolio.
  • Works on a centralized team and provides relationship management support for the branch channel to serve as a product and service subject matter expert.
  • Responsible for meeting defined sales goals in areas including but not limited to; Loan Production, Deposit Production, Treasury Referral Fee Income, Maturity Delinquency and Portfolio Revenue Growth
  • Cross-sells various Business Banking and Consumer Banking products to business clients as appropriate
  • Will expand on or develop new relationships with clients referred in from the Branch network, Business Centralized Renewal team, business Banking RM's and online applications
  • Processes all renewals for loan portfolio

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent of an additional 2 years of Business Banking sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and a financial services or credit environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Banking sales/lending experience and product knowledge
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face, phone, and chat) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Proven track record of working well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • PC and internet proficiency
