Job Description

We're looking for someone who loves interacting with people on social media.

As Huntington's Social Media Engagement Manager, you'll be the voice of Huntington's brand on social media channels (proactively posting and responding). You'll build social media campaigns and actively engage with customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and delivering a strategy to amplify Huntington's brand in social
• Engaging key social audiences, and even 1:1 conversations with customers and prospects
• Interacting with teams throughout Huntington to communicate our social media strategies, and the results of our work.
• Owning Huntington's social media content calendar and overseeing all social media touchpoints with customers and prospects
• Partnering with internal and external partners on integrated campaign strategy, development and/or execution
• Sourcing, writing, designing and/or editing copy and visuals for social media posts and campaigns
• Building and executing paid and organic campaigns across social channels
• Measuring and analyzing campaign performance, communicating results and making recommendations for future campaigns

You'll also work closely with the Social Media Customer Service Team to deliver a common brand voice on social media. While our Social Media Customer Service Team handles all customer service interactions, you will partner with them to monitor social media activity on Huntington's social media channels, craft responses, address and/or escalate identified risks and track trends.

We're a bank, so remember that you'll also need to play a role in ensuring Huntington's social media program complies with regulatory guidance for financial institutions. This includes helping to develop processes, procedures, policies, and training. You'll also co-lead our Social Media Council.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a social channel, social and digital advertising, and Search Engine Optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage projects and tasks
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills
• Proficiency with photography, video and editing
• Experience with Sprinklr social media management software
• Photography experience
• Photo and video editing
• Graphic Design
