Job Description

Business Analyst Sr. -- This position will function as a part of the RV & Marine Finance team. The primary focus of this position will be to support the RV & Marine business unit.

  • Management of processes that require manual tracking. ie gap refunding
  • Support current staff in research, communication, resolution and reporting of indirect complaints
  • Support current staff in role of backing up current process for Fair Lending, Pricing Inputs/Validation, Complaint reporting, fax funding.
  • Credit Aggregator review and maintenance.
  • Reporting of credit, sales and operational items
  • Responsible for the creation of procedure library including the creation of new procedures and/or process maps to support business groups, as well as, the maintenance of existing documentation.
  • Collaborates with business managers, SME's or key partners to understand their processes and identify what procedures need to be developed. Once documentation is created will review with all intended parties for accuracy, clarity and purpose.
  • Create and maintains (including ongoing execution) of a monthly review process with business users to determine if existing procedures are still applicable and content is valid.
  • Creates and executes strategies to maintain the RV & Marine Finance website and make updates via SharePoint, Dealertrack and AppOne quarterly to ensure content is current and reflects current process.
  • Creation and maintenance of multiple supporting SharePoint including sites, contents, and access/permissions
  • Review procedures for accuracy, clarity and purpose for intended audience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer lending/loan operations, or with High School diploma with 10 years of experience in banking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Consumer Lending applications such as ORBIT, HAWC and HOGAN a plus
  • Experience in content management including document management and publication criteria
  • Experience with building workflows within Sharepoint
  • Knowledge of current federal and state compliance laws and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
