You are a strategic HR partner responsible for partnering with our Private Client Group and Commercial business segment leaders to develop, design and implement strategic colleague solutions from selection and onboarding, to learning and development, to performance management and succession planning. You'll support our company Purpose and our values through a focus on organizational and colleague development. Owning the talent agenda in partnership with our segment leaders will be the paramount responsibility. That means that you'll need to be an expert in talent strategy, development, and organizational design. Most of all, we need you to be a great partner and teammate. We're all about making moments for our colleagues and for each other.

Knowledge and Abilities

• Ability to conduct effective needs analysis, project management and evaluation skills to determine the needs of the business and implement talent management solutions.
• Capably of creative thinking and brainstorming new ideas for ongoing issues and future strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement people strategies.
• Ability to act as a consultant to the HR business partner and the Segment leadership team regarding talent development, organizational design and recommending good, solid change management plans.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7-10 years of experience in strategic human resources roles focused on talent or with an organizational consulting firm focused on talent management strategies.
