About the Job

Third Party Lending -- Mortgage Division:

  • Manage our daily pricing & strategy for Third Party Lending, including Correspondent Bulk loans pools. Responsible for the daily oversight, development & maintenance of the bulk pricing model and pricing of loans & negotiating terms on bulk loan pool purchases.
  • Analyze and direct our pricing strategy through our Third Party Lending channel to acquire selected assets and look for arbitrage opportunities for HBN to take advantage of relative to other lenders.
  • Assist with identifying & structuring unique strategic relationships with larger Third Party Lenders and other entities to increase revenue.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives for Third Party Lending to drive improved service, turn times, customer satisfaction for our client base.
  • Lead Technology initiatives for channel including Third Party Lending website and other technology initiatives.
  • Personally manage all of our relationships with our national Pricing Engine Partners -- Optimal Blue, NYLX, Moretech, etc.
  • Identify select, niche type Secondary Marketing relationships for us to potentially expand our Third Party Lending product offerings.
  • Perform some oversight functions for all areas in Third Party Lending -- Client Mgt., Sales, and Sales Support.

Third Party Lending, Relocation & Corporate Partnerships:

  • Serve as our Primary Liaison with Sales Support, Marketing, Legal on new initiatives.
  • Business Line responsibility for monitoring Credit performance of the business being generated through these channels.
  • Conduct geographical, competitive analysis to help identify opportunities for new relationships or sales efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Mortgage Pricing and/or Financial Analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining positive inter-departmental relationships.
