Treasury - Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serves as the subject matter expert and drives the FTP process for the organization, which includes close alignment with business segments, IT, finance and risk partners, as well as management
  • Leads the day-to-day administration of the FTP business activities
  • Provides FTP guidance for the monthly corporate forecasting process as well as the annual budgeting process
  • Ensures the organization remains aligned with leading FTP practices including administration and methodology
  • Leads an annual methodology analysis in conjunction with leading practices and works with internal partners to socialize and implement changes
  • Leads the FTP governance committee meetings for the organization
  • Manages ongoing development and production of monthly FTP performance reporting
  • Promotes an environment supporting full transparency, strong documentation and process controls around the FTP process
  • Develops and administers a robust internal FTP training program for colleagues
  • Closely monitors regulatory guidance and implements required changes, as applicable
  • Primary contact for regulatory and internal audit FTP exams
  • May lead and/or participate in projects across the organization related to FTP

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 + years of financial analyst/analytics experience in the financial services industry that includes managing people, FTP administration, and work with a bank's balance sheet and income statement

  • Self-motivated, forward thinking individual with a strategic mind-set who can drive performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex material concisely and effectively across all layers of the organization
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
