Job Description

As a Treasury Management Advisor (TMA) in Business Banking, you will focus on new business development from prospects and existing clients with $5 Million to $20 Million in annual revenue.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining profitable and quality cash management relationshipswith Business Banking Relationship Manager (BBRM) assigned customers. TMA will coordinate sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, and customer proposals. Performs consultative selling with prospects and clients with the ability to position Huntington's TM solutions based on discovered needs. Proactively builds internal relationships with BBRMs to drive TM opportunities. Schedules 1:1s with BBRMs /BCMs to review pipeline, upcoming appointments, opportunities in the portfolio/top prospects, and educate on TM products. Responsible for the development and execution of quarterly sales plans. TMA will cross sell other bank products and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
*Three years' banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
*General knowledge of a wide variety of treasury management/cash management software, hardware and operating systems
*Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance or related discipline or the equivalent experience of 4 plus years of experience in banking and/or Treasury in lieu of degree.
