Job Description


Develops and maintains profitable and quality cash management relationships with Relationship Manager assigned business customers. Responsibilities include sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, customer proposals, and training clients on new TM services. Actively seeks feedback for areas of opportunity. Proactively builds internal relationships with the DBRPs and BDOs to drive TM opportunities. Proactively sets 1:1s with DBRPs/BDOs to review pipeline, upcoming appointments, opportunities in the portfolio/top prospects, and educate on TM products. Proactively joins DBRP management calls. Assists in the development and delivery of a marketing plan. Cross sells other bank products and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements. Assists in outbound calling initiatives offer new solutions to clients and ensure Huntington as our customer's primary banking relationship. Actively seeks feedback for areas of opportunity. May mentor other TM colleagues. Responsible for being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies


Minimum Requirements:

  • Three to Five years' banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
  • General knowledge of a wide variety of treasury management/cash management software, hardware and operating systems
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance or related discipline or the equivalent experience of 4 plus years of experience in banking and/or Treasury in lieu of degree.
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
