Treasury Management Sales Advisor


Develops and maintains profitable and quality cash management relationships with Branch assigned business customers. Responsibilities include sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, customer proposals, and training clients on new TM services. Profiles clients around their entire cash flow cycle for all TM opportunities. Proactively builds internal relationships with the branches to drive TM opportunities. Proactively attends branch huddles to provide TM updates and share best practices. Documents huddles, branch referrals, etc... to identify areas of opportunity. Takes ownership of pipeline to move deals to completion. Assists in the development and delivery of a marketing plan. Cross sells other bank products and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements. Assists in outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions to clients and ensure Huntington as our customer's primary banking relationship. Actively seeks feedback for areas of opportunity. May mentor other TM colleagues Responsible for being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies


Minimum Requirements:

  • Three + years' banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
  • General knowledge of a wide variety of treasury management/cash management software, hardware and operating systems
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance or related discipline or the equivalent experience of 4 plus years of experience in banking and/or Treasury in lieu of degree.
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
