Job Description

The Treasury Management Sales Advisor will develop new business opportunities for the Bank's Treasury Management and Commercial Banking services area, manage existing commercial treasury management banking relationships, and assist with maintaining and enhancing the Bank's commercial deposit and treasury management services product line.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifies Treasury Management sales opportunities, and utilizing our Challenger sales model, provides consultative needs-based selling principles with both prospects and clients.
• Sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, customer proposals and servicing.
• Carries out market, portfolio, and deposit strategies while identifying cross-sell opportunities for other lines of business through a strong partnership with Relationship Bankers.
• Maintains strong industry knowledge, staying current on competitor offerings to provide market feedback and ensure competitiveness.
• Assists in the development and delivery of a personal action plan.
• Mentors other Treasury Management colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in Treasury Management, or equivalent is required
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Traits and Qualifications:

• CTP designation
• Expert sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of bank products and continual development of product expertise is a must
• Should possess excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
