Job Description

Treasury Management Customer Support is a specialized, fast-paced call center environment providing servie and product support to Business and Commercial customers.  Associate will perform a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and required detailed knowledge of Treasury Management services and department procedures.  Provide service and product support by identifying, researching, analyzing and providing issue resolution.  Identify opportunities for additional products and services.  Act as an interanl resource for inquiries, research, consultation and/or resolution and policy or procedure interpretation for other internal departments.  Maintaines up-to-date knowledge on products and services; departmental systems and related technology; policies and procedures.  Activates and deactivaates high-risk products and services to mitigate risk.  Deliver distinctive service that is knowledgable, prompt, and courteous while adhering to policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Two years' of banking experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good grammar and vocabulary skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with conflict and maintain composure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent typing skills
