Job Description

The Product & Technical Specialist guides and directs the technical implementation of Treasury Management tools and systems via WebEx and in person session for customers to support the applicable Treasury Management products. Evaluates the customer's needs and assists with determining what tools are best suited for the customer and may need to make recommendations to sales based on the training event. The hours for this position are normally 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Mon-Fri but needs to be flexible for client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer training and support on the use of treasury management products
  • Assists with the resolution of technical issues working with the operations / technology group for resolution.
  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Treasury Management segment.
  • Provides technical advice to the Treasury Management Customer service team and sales colleagues to resolve product or service requests regarding system and technical issues at the user level.
  • Responds to questions and provide support to internal and external customers as needed.
  • May act as liaison between vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas.
  • Coaches customers on various direct and/or on-line file transmissions that are available, performs testing, communicates results, assist with any issues to ensure successful transmissions.
  • Guides and directs the technical implementation of Treasury Management tools and systems for customers to support the applicable Treasury Management products.
  • Assist with other duties to back up service specialists within the department.
  • Experienced PTT may need to train new PTT

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management or five years' experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management in lieu of a degree

  • Experience in facilitating customer and/or colleague training
  • Participation in projects/testing as needed
