Job Description

The Treasury Management Customer Support Associate works in specialized, fast-paced call center environment providing support to Business and Commercial customers whose focus is on Treasury Management Products and Services. This individual will assist customers and internal associates with inquiries, issue resolution, identify opportunities for additional products and services. In this role you are responsible for verification and documentation of callers' issues and resolutions. Customer Support associates serve as a liaison to callers by coordinating and following up with other segments and lines of business as needed. Associates are expected to consistently deliver distinctive service that is knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Two years' of banking experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good grammar and vocabulary skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with conflict and maintain composure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent typing skills
