Job Description

The Treasury Management (TM) Service Specialist provides support to the Treasury Management business line. This individual will be responsible for prioritizing and leading TM product implementation and onboarding's for our business customers ensuring services are set up correctly. Will work with documentation including legal agreements to ensure due diligence requirements are complete and billing is correct.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Deliver service to both internal and external customers on a wide variety of cash management products and services while developing and expanding relationships.
  • Responsible, as first line of service, to prioritize and research a wide range of TM problems and provide customers with resolution in an expedited manner.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on TM products, services, departmental systems and related technology, policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for focus and awareness of identifying, assessing and managing risk and adhering to policy and procedure acknowledgements.
  • Work closely with sales partners to identify possible cross sell opportunities and enters them in appropriate tracking system for sales colleague.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a banking / financial organization or related business

Preferred Requirements

  • Understanding of banking and treasury management product knowledge, payments and depository systems
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with high energy and a passion for service
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Proven written communication skills
