Job Description


Provides support to the TM Solution team and their clients. Prioritizes onboardings and ensures they are completed on time with minimal impact to the customer. Prioritizes service issues and ensures they are completed on time with recognized accepted resolution by the client. Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving problems with regard to TM onboardings and services. Assists with annual product renewals. Responsible for training clients on new TM implementations. Responsible for focus and awareness of identifying, assessing and managing risk and adhering to policy and procedure acknowledgements. Responsible for being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies. Actively seeks feedback for areas of opportunity. May mentor other TMSS colleagues

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum One Year banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
  • General knowledge of a wide variety of treasury management/cash management software, hardware and operating systems
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance or related discipline or the equivalent experience of 4 plus years of experience in banking and/or Treasury in lieu of degree.
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
