Job Description

Manages and assists in the management of simplest trust accounts and ongoing client relationships. Reviews and collaborates on trust documents for new business. Administers and monitors trust accounts to ensure compliance with trust documents. Builds relationships with client and serves as the primary service and reporting contact, monitors accounts to ensure objectives are being met, and coordinates with other PFG areas on account transactions. Answers and resolves customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees and services. Cross-sells bank products and services to existing and prospective clients.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 or more years experience in Trust
