Job Description

Specific Duties for Position

  • Under direct supervision, performs a variety of Trust Operations duties that are routine in nature such as examining, verifying, processing, balancing, and reconciling transactions as it relates to trade processing, cash disbursement requests, and various other items.
  • Trade support may require direct and indirect interactions with client relationship managers, account advisors, and account administrators to actively resolve trade related issues.
  • Prepares, adjusts, and closes basic journal entries.
  • Handles centralized functions for the group such as fee receivables, account reviews, monitoring of group email communications
  • Verifies account documents for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Handles maintenance of new and existing clients.

Additional Duties

  • Candidate will possess the ability to document procedures and work effectively in a team setting.
  • Identify and assist in the implementation of process improvement opportunities consistent with the organization's Continuous Improvement core value.
  • Flexible to perform other functions and tasks as requested by Management.
  • Takes initiative to cross-train on bank systems and help train new team members.
  • Actively responsible to apply and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years experience in an office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism, courtesy, poise, and tact.
  • Ability to shift priorities as needed to meet demand.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate PC skills - MS Word, Outlook, Excel, web-based applications.
  • Capable of utilizing multiple bank systems concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude and work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
