Huntington Technology Finance is looking for a passionate Vendor Operations Team Lead with a commitment to customer service and strong interpersonal skills. This role will manage the processing of lease transactions through the entire end-to-end lease process and will take ownership of ensuring the lease transactions are processed efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.

 Detailed Description:

  • Operational responsibilities across the entire lease process, including:
  • Manage the workload of the Vendor Operations team.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met for each Vendor Program
  • Implementing new Vendor Programs
  • Manage escalated items
  • Review and approve new originations
  • Review and approve funding requests.
  • Reviewing executed documentation and performing various fraud prevention checks and calls
  • Monitor and manage operational metrics
  • Ongoing management of process documentation
  • Building and maintaining relationships with introducers, internal operational teams and customers
  • Working with functional owners of each department to discuss strategy, resolves issues, and ongoing communication to understand what is occurring within the business and how it impacts Vendor Operations.
  • Other projects as assigned by Management

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience
  • Associates degree is required Bachelor's degree is preferred.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to solve problems for internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Commitment to follow tasks to completion and flexibility to changing work environment
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to deliver quality results with enthusiasm
  • Ability to deal with high volumes of work within tight deadlines
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and products
  • Process design, review and improvement experience will be advantageous but is not a requirement
  • Experience working in a fast paced financial services environment preferred
