Web Producer

The Web Producer will join a growing eCommerce marketing team that is responsible for management of Huntington's website ( as well as email programs. This person will work with marketing managers, technical partners, and vendors to execute digital marketing tactics. They will also be responsible for maintaining consistency with site vision and style guide, while developing understanding of marketing strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize a broad range of email programs using email marketing software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Perform ongoing testing of subject lines, offers, creatives, copy, and other testable variables. Present finding and implement best practices. Continually improve open, click, conversion, and subscription rates.

  • Schedule and automate promotional email campaigns to be sent to specified list/segments.

  • Monitor and optimize deliverability and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Utilize content management system (Sitecore) to enter, edit and manage content relating to Huntington's banking products.

  • Act as digital subject matter expert in collaboration with Marketing and Compliance.

  • Serve as the liaison between internal tech partners and marketing to troubleshoot and resolve content issues.

  • Ensure that digital marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines (web) while adhering to bank and regulatory standards.

    Contribute to web strategy discussions and offer solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant Web content management and design experience in Sitecore or similar content management system.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proof reading skills; good listener.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.

  • Possess critical thinking, analytical, and creative talent to develop a concept, idea, fact or content into a strong visual presentation that maximizes communications / sales effectiveness.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product management / segment management, Web producers / developers / architects.

  • Ability to interact with senior management. Ability to work independently. Team player who also demonstrates leadership skills in a matrix managed organization.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CMS (Sitecore experience preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Adobe Analytics, Photoshop, AMPscript and SQL queries.

  • Knowledge of A/B and Multivariate Testing & Personalization is a plus.

  • Experience in SEO optimization and Paid Search tactic is a plus.

  • Knowledge of content audits, content inventories, and Information Architecture a plus.
